GARY HOEY - World renowned rock/surf guitarist Gary Hoey forges new territory as a lead vocalist on his new single, “Only Human” on Wazoo Music Group. With a collection of 16 albums, five top 20 Billboard hits, and over one million albums sold it’s no wonder Gary Hoey is listed in the top 100 greatest guitar players of all time. Multi-tasking as writer, producer and guitar player, Hoey has had clients who include DISNEY, ESPN, NO FEAR, performed the National Anthem for the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS, SAN DIEGO PADRES and the BOSTON REDSOX. Gary was recently featured on VH1 CLASSICS documentary “Aftermath.” In 1993 Gary Hoey launched his career with the hit song “Hocus Pocus.” His fiery technique helped to send it to the top 5 on Billboards charts. The Boston raised guitarist covered the tune on his debut album, Animal Instinct (Warner Bros Records), transforming Hoey, a then-struggling player into a cult hero. He followed with the soundtrack to the surf saga Endless Summer II (Warner/Reprise), which cemented his status as a demi-god among surfers.

Hoey has maintained that status with a series of blood-boiling albums that are heavy on riffage while upholding the basic rock-and-roll values of melodies, hooks, and heart. His popular Ho! Ho! Hoey series of Christmas CDs and holiday tours have become an annual staple among fans nationwide.
